Jim Albanese, President
With 30+ years of experience, Jim is a creative business growth specialist, providing in-depth analysis and solutions for stubborn business challenges. He is passionate about marketing, brand building and Business Development.
Jim has created a series of Proprietary Marketing and Business Improvement Tools targeting key areas of business that often get overlooked. These tools reveal specific information that is used to develop effective strategies.
Prior to founding Albanese Branding & Communications, Jim was a partner in several successful Ontario businesses, including a food processing company, a marketing/advertising agency, a web development firm, and a marketing/design firm.
Clients appreciate Jim’s business acumen and commitment to helping them achieve even greater success.


Peter Albano, Vice President – Marketing Specialist
A highly motivated, energetic, marketing enthusiast, Peter has progressed through the management and ownership of an advertising agency, graphic arts business and his own marketing consulting company. Currently, Peter is Vice-President of Albanese Branding.
Peter offers a distinctive account management perspective serving a diverse base of clients in a variety of business categories including: foodservice, manufacturing, publishing, transportation, retail and service industries.
He has a BA degree from Oswego State University and has earned the Institute of Communications and Advertising degree. Peter’s extensive marketing/sales lecturing experience includes seminars with the Business Resource Centre, Brantford, the Small Business Enterprise Centre, Hamilton and guest lectures at various colleges and high schools.

Mark Tyleman, Marketing Manager – Marketing Specialist
Mark began his career as a graphic designer which provides him with a unique perspective when approaching strategic business and marketing solutions.
Mark currently manages the business interests of Pioneer Energy, Ontario Orthotics Lab, SecurLinx Integrated Software and Ontario University Athletics to name a few.
Before starting with Albanese Branding in early 2007, Mark worked with such clients as Bacardi, Coca-Cola, Molson’s, Coppley Apparel, Hamilton Hydro, Fibre Wired and MultiMatic. Mark is a graduate of the Marketing & Advertising program of Mohawk College.

Judy Boswell – Marketing Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in marketing, fundraising and event management, Judy is an effective communicator and manager bringing a passion for creativity and efficiency to Albanese Branding & Communications. A Graduate of York University's Fine Arts Studies Program, Judy's love of music and the arts propelled her to management roles with The Toronto Symphony Orchestra, Opera Hamilton, The Oakville Children's Choir and, most recently, as Executive Director of Dundas International Buskerfest and the Dundas Business Improvement Association. Judy is an active community volunteer, proud mother of two and member of a great little vocal ensemble.

David Dobbing – Senior Graphic Designer
Dave has over 15 years of design experience. A graduate of the Sheridan College Graphic Design Program, Dave delivers powerful creative and design solutions that propel our clients' brands to new levels.

Robert Scozzari RGD – Senior Graphic Designer
A graduate of the George Brown College Graphic Design Program, Robert has been a graphic designer since 1994. While a humble kind of a guy, Robert would like you to know that his work has been acknowledged with an ACE award, as well as awards from the Economic Developers Association and the Economic Developers Council of Ontario.
Robert has been a Registered Graphic Designer with the Association of Registered Graphic Designers of Ontario since 2003. When he's not creating awesome branding and graphic design materials he is on the lookout for UFOs and trying to understand what happened to Star Wars.

Mark Tharme – Business Development Manager
With over twenty-five years of experience in the design and marketing industry, Mark brings a passion for effective communication and creative problem-solving to his role as Business Development Manager at Albanese Branding & Communications. Upon graduation from the Design Program at Sheridan College, Mark started his own design firm working for clients such as Cadillac Fairview, the Hamilton Philharmonic, Opera Hamilton, and many other clients in the performing arts. Mark is also a lecturer in the Multimedia Program at McMaster University, a social media advisor, musician, musicologist and father of two great kids.
